Jill Corral is an American multidisciplinary artist, photographer, and designer based in Zürich and working internationally.
Her work explores atmosphere, liminality, perception, and emotional resonance across photography, publishing, sound, and experience design.

Artist BIO
Jill Corral is an American artist based in Switzerland who has exhibited in Tokyo, New York, Guangzhou, Zürich, Geneva, and Seattle. Known for atmospheric monochrome photography, her work fuses the structural rigor of graphic arts with the are–bure–boke of digital glitches and analog grain. Her professional career in technology design informs her lens on storytelling, composition, technical, and artistic experimentation. She publishes under her own imprint LIMINART and teaches photography and creativity classes in Zürich and online.

MUSIC
Jill records as J1L and composes electronic soundscapes using ambient field recordings that she makes in the Pacific Northwest, Japan, and in cities around the world. All field recordings she uses on her tracks are her own. She recently used one of her compositions in her short film, Komorebi 木漏れ日, shot entirely handheld with a Ricoh GRIII in Tokyo, Japan. You can hear her work on all major music platforms.
