“POLIFÓNICA” to Debut at Make Art, Not War Photography Festival in Zürich, Switzerland

POLIFÓNICA celebrates an open and artful world. This large-scale composition is created from images made around the globe—fragments of humanity, machinery, urban life, and the natural world in harmony.

Inspired in spirit by the anti-war Guernica (1937) by Picasso and by the musical idea of polyphony—distinct voices heard as a greater whole—the work reimagines chaos as joyful noise. Multilingual, multilayered, imperfect and unresolved, we come together through art.

The original digital collage was printed and reinterpreted by hand with sumi ink, paint, and graphite. It is my largest work to days and hangs as a 200 × 90cm mural.

POLIFÓNICA will debut at Make Art, Not War Photography Festival in Zürich, Switzerland in September 2026.
